How the trust score works
Every shop on Sopifo gets a trust score out of 100. It is calculated from what a seller actually does on the platform — delivering orders and earning reviews — not from how much they pay us or how large their Facebook page is.
Whether Sopifo has verified the seller's identity or business, plus a connected Facebook page.
Share of orders actually delivered, reduced by cancellations and returns. Sellers with very few completed orders score lower until they build a record.
Average rating from buyers on Sopifo. Reviews from confirmed purchases count more, and a small number of reviews moves the score only slightly.
Number of delivered orders and how long the shop has been active on the platform.
Follower count from a connected Facebook page. Capped deliberately so social reach cannot replace a real delivery record.
Sellers cannot review or order from their own shop — those are excluded entirely.
Each buyer can leave one review per shop, and hidden reviews are not counted.
Reviews from buyers with a delivered order carry more weight than reviews without a confirmed purchase.
Order volume and follower counts use diminishing returns, so bulk activity cannot push a score to the top on its own.
Scores are recalculated daily and whenever an order or review changes.
